What is Tai Chi?


Originally Tai Chi as a martial art. The advantages of being able to fend off attackers at close range were particularly appreciated. Many considered Tai Chi as the best martial art in the world and therefore the ultimate self-defense.

In modern times Tai Chi primarily seen as a movement theory and thus also the holistic health exercises of this inner martial art in connection with meditation.
